Rennick Palley, founding partner of the encryption risk fund Stratos, said that the relaxation of regulatory policies in the United States has increased the appeal of SOL to professional investors. He believes that the recent SOL pump is due to improved market sentiment overall, as well as the increased possibility that SOL and its ecosystem tokens will not be considered securities by the Trump administration. The upcoming ETH ETF is also helpful, and SOL seems poised to become the next token with an ETF, especially given its relatively small size and strong price performance. DefiLlama tracking data shows that the total locked value (TVL) of Tokens on Solana has risen by more than 25% in a month, breaking through the $52.8 billion mark, reaching the level of April 2022.
