On June 23, Jin10 reported that Baiyao Tai announced that the company has signed an authorization license and production, supply, and commercialization agreement with SteinCares, granting exclusive commercialization rights for BAT2406 injection in Brazil and other Latin American markets to Stein. The total amount of the agreement can reach up to $10 million, including a $1 million upfront payment and milestone payments not exceeding $9 million in total. At the same time, Baiyao Tai will receive revenue sharing based on a double-digit percentage of the net sales as stipulated in the agreement. The agreement will take effect after both parties sign, with an initial term of fifteen years. The signing of the agreement is expected to have a positive impact on the company’s future performance.
