Mars Finance News: On April 3, it was reported that ten departments including the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued a notice on the publication of the《Interim Measures for the Review of Ethics in Artificial Intelligence Technology and Services(Trial)》. Among other points, the notice proposes that, with regard to fairness and justice, the criteria for selecting training data, and whether the design of algorithms, models, and systems is reasonable; whether measures are taken to prevent biased discrimination and algorithmic exploitation, to safeguard objectivity and inclusiveness in the allocation of resources, access to opportunities, and decision-making processes. With regard to transparency and explainability, whether it is reasonable to disclose information such as the purposes of algorithms, models, and systems, their operating logic, explanations of interaction methods, and potential risks; whether effective technical means are adopted to enhance the explainability of algorithms, models, and systems. With regard to privacy protection, whether sufficient measures are taken to ensure effective protection of privacy data, regarding processing activities such as the collection, storage, processing, and use of data, as well as new technologies for research and development that use data.
