The severe winter weather may have suppressed labor demand and hiring activity, which could instead lead to a recovery in data over the coming months. Additionally, changes in monthly employment figures are mainly concentrated in certain specific industries and are not a widespread phenomenon; however, the overall data in the February report indicates that the vitality of the labor market is gradually diminishing.
