Someone asked me: With only two or three thousand yuan, can I turn things around in the crypto world? $BTC
Yes. But don’t dream of going all-in and turning it into a million—that’s a TV drama.
I once mentored a fan who came to me last year with 2000 yuan, saying it was his last shot. I didn’t let him mess with fancy tricks; I told him to follow the simplest approach. After three months, his account grew to over 40,000.
It’s not that he’s particularly smart; it’s that he finally started following the rules.
Step one: Small bets to test the waters. Don’t expect to eat it all at once.
Convert 2000 yuan into about 300 USDT, and only use 100 USDT each time. Choose popular coins, and always set take-profit and stop-loss orders when opening a position.
What if you make a profit? If 100 turns into 200, keep the 200 and continue. But remember one rule: after three consecutive wins, stop. Why? Because luck is a funny thing—when you’re winning streaks, you get cocky, and that’s when you’re most likely to give it all back.
What if you lose? Just stop. If 100 USDT is gone, you still have 200 left—your life isn’t over.
Step two: When your principal exceeds 1000 USDT, then start strategizing.
At this point, you can take some risks, but don’t go crazy. I usually divide it into three parts:
For ultra-short-term trades, only do 15-minute charts, investing 100 USDT each time. Take profits quickly and exit. But this method only works with Bitcoin and Ethereum; trading altcoins on 15-minute charts can wipe you out.
For swing trading, look at the 4-hour chart, keep your position light—around 30 to 50 USDT is enough. Gradually accumulate, don’t rush.
Trend trading is where the real money is. But only if you can understand the trend. If you can’t, don’t touch it.
Even if you can read the trend, you need to calculate your risk-reward ratio carefully. Don’t trade if it’s below 3:1. $ETH
Finally, to be honest:
I’ve seen stories of turning two or three thousand into hundreds of thousands, but I’ve also seen many more stories of two or three thousand going to zero.
What’s the difference? It’s not luck; it’s whether you can control your impulses. #BTC
