Gate will launch ETHGas (GWEI) perpetual contracts for live trading at 22:10 (UTC+8) on January 21, 2026, supporting USDT settlement and leverage options from 1x to 20x. Meanwhile, Gate Perp DEX will simultaneously launch the GWEI/USDT perpetual contract trading pair.
In addition, Gate will introduce GWEI unified account lending and isolated margin trading pairs at the same time, and will launch GWEI Spare Coin Wealth Management, flexible mortgage lending, and fixed-term mortgage lending functions.
