I have only recently felt like a Founder; it seems that I was just pretending to be an entrepreneur. Perhaps most founders with decent backgrounds are just pretending to start a business, and the real growth might not be as significant as that of independent developers.

I was often taught that "the most important tasks for a founder are to find people, find money, and find direction." This is certainly not wrong, but I have only now realized that what is even more important is to personally do every single thing.

I used to think that execution could be fully handed over to the team, but now I realize that if we want to implement PLG to the fullest, any form of laziness is a waste of each other's time.

I used to habitually let others edit the official website, but now I realize it's better to spend an hour sorting out every piece of text and accompanying images myself.

I used to think that just handing over the product documentation to someone else would fix it, but now I feel ashamed that I didn't carefully go through it from start to finish. I need to quickly brainstorm one section at a time.

I used to think that relying solely on BD and customer service could adequately serve every customer, but now I am more willing to reply to messages one by one and send the same script over and over again.

I used to think that good product managers and designers would definitely deliver high-quality products, but now I believe that the key is to improve from 90 to 95 points.

Similarly, a good execution team can ensure a presentation of eighty or ninety points, but the final few points may depend on spending a little more time to understand and get hands-on.

The AI era has indeed strengthened everyone's ability to operate independently, but what is more important is to consciously lead and promote the overall iterative progress of the team. At the same time, always remember that details, aesthetics, and warmth are the true standards that will distinguish and define you in the future, and they are also responsibilities that you must bear.
