According to Tim Beiko’s summary of the 213th Ethereum Execution Layer Core Developers Conference (ACDE). This session focused on: Deferring the Gas Limit Increase to 60M (Waiting for the Berlinterop test to provide specific throughput and latency data.) In the worst-case scenario, it will take about 3 seconds to execute); Glamsterdam brainstorming. FOCIL is implemented in five clients with the goal of resisting mempool censorship.
