LM Funding, a Nasdaq-listed encryption mining company, acquired a Mining Farm in Oklahoma for $7.3 million

Golden Finance reported that LM Funding America, Inc., a Nasdaq-listed encryption mining company, announced the acquisition of a Mining Farm in Oklahoma owned by Tech Infrastructure JV I LLC for $7.3 million. The Mining Farm is a joint venture controlled by Arthur Inc. LM Funding expects that its comprehensive mining capacity in Oklahoma will reach 562 petahash in the first quarter of 2025.
