US media: The US believes that Israel is preparing and may launch a "limited ground invasion" of Lebanon

On September 29th, Jinshi data reported that after the leader of Hezbollah, Nasrallah, was killed in an Israeli airstrike, CNN and ABC reported later in the evening that, according to US officials, the US believed that Israel was preparing and may launch a “limited ground invasion” against Lebanon. However, US officials emphasized that Israel does not seem to have made a decision on whether to launch a ground operation against Lebanon. As of the time of writing, there has been no response from the Israeli side regarding the relevant news.
