Gold Finance reported that John Reed Stark, former head of the internet enforcement division of the Menkul Kıymetler ve Borsa Komisyonu (SEC), said that Morgan Stanley’s latest move to launch a large-scale BTCborsa exchange-traded fund (ETF) to its clients may result in stricter regulatory scrutiny of the US bank.
