According to Mars Finance, Gleec announced the acquisition of Komodo's cross-chain DeFi business for $23.5 million. This acquisition includes Komodo's brand, technology suite, token infrastructure, and core developers, giving Gleec complete ownership of the system, which has already supported some of its decentralized exchange (DEX) and can integrate more quickly with its encryption debit card, virtual IBAN, and fiat deposit and withdrawal channels.
