The proposed issuance specifications include: USD two-year T3+3, EUR four-year MS+23, CNH five-year coupon 1.9%, HKD two-year coupon 2.5, all with a scale of Benchmark; if successful, it will be the third such issuance since 2023. Additionally, statistics indicate that this year several enterprises in Hong Kong have issued digital bonds, totaling approximately 1 billion USD.
