Analyst: The new high of Bitcoin is due to investors diversifying their asset allocation.

According to a report by Golden Finance, AJ Bell analyst Dan Coatsworth stated that amid uncertainties in U.S. policy and geopolitics, investors are diversifying their portfolios, which has driven Bitcoin to reach historical highs. He said, “Although Bitcoin’s movement is entirely driven by speculation, the market’s interest in this crypto asset continues to heat up.” Currently, there are various investment funds tracking Bitcoin prices, providing investors with more options to access crypto assets and making it easier for them to hold. However, he pointed out that the volatility of crypto assets is extremely high, and investments in them are filled with a large amount of speculation, making it the highest risk profit attempt.
