On June 21, Jin10 reported that U.S. President Trump arrived in New Jersey on Friday afternoon local time. In an interview with reporters, he stated that he was not inclined to urge Israel to stop its airstrikes, as this would allow negotiations with Iran to continue. Trump mentioned that he might support a ceasefire, but added that it is somewhat difficult to get others to stop. “Sometimes you need to be tough to achieve peace, give Iran some time, at most two weeks. The least desired thing is to send ground troops, and Israel’s ability to destroy Iranian facilities is limited; perhaps the U.S. does not need to strike Iran.” Additionally, Trump stated that Europe cannot provide much help in the war between Iran and Israel.
