People’s Finance Network, April 7—On April 7, BeiTe Technology (603009) announced that the company previously decided to establish a production base in Thailand using its own funds, with an investment amount not exceeding US$50 million. In order to continuously expand its business, respond to customer needs, and coordinate project construction, the company, based on the original investment limit, plans to increase the investment limit for the Thailand production base by no more than RMB 550 million or an equivalent amount in foreign currency. (The actual amount of the additional investment will be subject to the amounts approved by the competent authorities in China and in the local jurisdiction.) The additional investment funds will be sourced from the company’s own funds or bank loans. The increased investment amount will be used for, including but not limited to, matters related to overseas subsidiary operations, plant expansion projects, renovation and installation projects, the procurement of production equipment, and working capital with a built-in reserve, among others.
