The so-called "10-point plan" and "15-point plan" are essentially a game over pricing power. Currently, both sides are unwilling to compromise on infrastructure and core interests, and the probability of negotiations breaking down is much higher than reaching a handshake agreement. As long as the situation doesn't cool down, the premium on safe-haven assets will be difficult to decrease.
