I’ve been putting in serious effort to earn points on Gate.io, completing tasks, staying active, and doing everything required… only to notice that my points are being reduced without any clear explanation.
It’s honestly discouraging. When users dedicate time and energy to a platform, the expectation is transparency and fairness—not watching hard-earned rewards disappear.
If there are rules or expiration policies, they should be clearly communicated so users can understand what’s happening. Right now, it just feels unfair and demotivating.
I hope Gate.io improves this system and provides better clarity because loyal users deserve better.
