I wonder why bottled coconut water tastes so different from freshly opened coconuts!


Recently, the Consumer Research Institute selected four common coconut water products for testing. All were found to contain added external water and external sugars, yet the ingredient labels only listed "100% Coconut Water."
So, if you want to drink coconut water, it's better to choose freshly opened coconuts. Even those that are pre-cut and packaged should be avoided, as bacteria can still grow even without added ingredients.
