The human brain is inherently prone to "overthinking." If you indulge your emotions, they will be amplified continuously. True strength does not lie in being led by emotions, but in minimizing their indulgence and using rationality to determine your values and actions. Emotions can be perceived and judged, but once the judgment is made, there is no need to dwell on them repeatedly. In this way, emotions will gradually diminish rather than be reinforced. People cannot be completely rational, but if emotions are constantly amplified and emotional thinking dominates the brain circuits, rationality will be further weakened, and people will become increasingly irrational.
Thinking itself cannot directly resolve emotions, but thinking can be used to design behaviors, and behaviors can, in turn, change emotions. Therefore, you need to observe yourself like a "third eye," forcing yourself to act according to your established values, designing and executing what needs to be done. Once these actions are truly implemented, emotions often change accordingly. Ultimately, you will find that looking back at your initial thoughts, you will realize how terrible and exaggerated your emotions were at the time, and the emotions will have quietly cleared up, as if returning to a clear and sunny state.
