Odaily星球日报讯 ETH坊二层解决方案 Optimism 宣布启动新一期 Retro Funding 计划，奖励规模为 800 万枚 OP，本期重点takip et领域为开发工具（Dev Tooling），奖励将用于支持在超级on-chain开发应用和工具的建设者，比如编译器、库和调试器，本期时间范围为 2 月 5 日至 7 月 31 日，目前已开放申请，所有申请的项目必须Açık Kaynak，奖励预计会从三月份开始逐月发放。
