Constitutional Court of Korea: The impeachment trial documents of Yin Xiyue have not been delivered yet.

Gate.io News on December 17th, President Yin Xiyue has not yet received the impeachment resolution of the parliament sent by the Constitutional Court from the 16th to the present. According to the Constitutional Court, it sent the parliament’s impeachment resolution to Yin Xiyue on the morning of the 16th and requested that he submit a defense within 7 days after receiving the notification. Considering that the Constitutional Court delivered the documents through three methods: sending someone, special registered mail, and administrative system email, if Yin Xiyue received the notification on the same day, he would need to submit a defense before the 23rd. However, the President’s Secretariat has not officially confirmed whether the documents have been received. If the notification is not delivered in a timely manner, the deadline for Yin Xiyue to submit a defense will be postponed.
