On September 18, Jinshi Data reported that Morgan Asset Management announced that its CSI 500 ETF has ended its subscription early and will no longer accept investor’s subscription applications from September 19th. Following Morgan A50 ETF, Morgan Asset Management’s CSI 500 ETF once again raised 2 billion yuan to the maximum limit in only five working days. It is reported that the first batch of ten CSI 500 ETFs were collectively issued on September 10th, and the upper limit of the first fundraising scale was set at 2 billion yuan. Among the ten fund managers participating in this new issue, Morgan Asset Management is the second public sale institution to announce the early end of the subscription after China AMC. According to industry insiders, the overall fundraising scale of the first ten CSI 500 ETFs may have exceeded 10 billion yuan.
