PANews reported on September 18th that eight projects have jointly established the Decentralization Artificial Intelligence Association (DAIS) to address the risk of tech giants monopolizing the AI industry. DAIS is chaired by former CoinDesk Chief Content Officer Michael Casey, and its eight founding members include CETI AI, FIL Foundation, Bloq, Hypercycle, Morpheus, Hemi, Odyssey, and Lumerin. DAIS aims to address four major issues: raising funds for the Decentralization AI field, promoting AI regulatory policy development, advocating for Decentralization AI education, and developing distributed learning models' Algorithm. Casey pointed out that current tech giants control data, Computing Power, and regulatory agencies, and it is necessary to promote the development of AI Decentralization.
