AMAT signed a supply protocol with industrial material supplier Entegris
On August 8, Jinshi data, industrial material supplier Entegris stated that it has reached a long-term supply protocol with chip manufacturer ON Semiconductor to provide technical solutions for manufacturing silicon carbide (SiC) semiconductors. According to previous reports, ON Semiconductor plans to certify 200mm (8-inch) silicon carbide (SiC) wafers later this year and put them into production in 2025.
