Trump: The U.S. is being "exploited" and will no longer directly fund Ukraine.

On August 27, Jin10 reported that U.S. President Trump publicly stated at a White House press conference that the U.S. would change its policy towards Ukraine and would no longer provide direct financial aid to Ukraine. If Ukraine needs weapons, they must obtain them through European NATO partners. Trump made it clear that the previous U.S. government had promised up to $350 billion in funding support to Ukraine, which he described as the U.S. being "exploited." Now, the U.S. will stop direct funding to Ukraine, and the weapons needs of Ukraine will be handled by NATO, with the U.S. only engaging in arms deals with NATO, which must pay the full cost of the weapons.
