An attempted kidnapping incident involving the family members of executives from a Crypto Assets company occurred in Paris.

According to Gate.io News bot, the “Parisian” reported that an attempted kidnapping of a Crypto Assets company’s CEO’s family member occurred on Pache Street in the 10th arrondissement of Paris. Three masked men drove a van marked with the Chronopost logo, attempting to kidnap a 34-year-old woman, who is reportedly the daughter of a CEO of a Crypto Assets company.

During the kidnapping, the victim’s partner stopped him and was beaten. Witnesses said there was also a child about two years old at the scene, who was irritated by tear gas.

The Paris prosecutor has transferred the case to the Gang Crime Unit (BRB) for investigation. It is worth noting that this department has previously handled a kidnapping case related to Crypto Assets.
