Ethereum Foundation appoints new co-CEO, focusing on Mainnet expansion and enhancing user experience.
According to the Gate.io News bot, Wu Shuo reported that the Ethereum Foundation (EF) announced new leadership appointments in April 2025. Hsiao-Wei Wang and Tomasz Stańczak will serve as co-executive directors.
In the coming year, the Ethereum Foundation will focus on the expansion of the Ethereum mainnet (L1) and Layer 2 (L2), while also working to enhance user experience (UX) and application layer development. The Foundation will also provide support for developers, applications, and users through optimized operations management, standard formulation, and ecosystem coordination.
The foundation will continue to uphold core values such as resistance, open-source innovation, privacy protection, and security during this period.
