Data Gold 6 November, Hanbang Biology announced that the company plans to repurchase shares through centralized bidding. The total amount of funds for this share repurchase is not less than 100 million yuan (inclusive) and not more than 200 million yuan (inclusive). The repurchase price does not exceed 3.01 yuan per share, which is not higher than 150% of the average trading price of the company’s stock in the 30 trading days prior to the approval of the repurchase plan by the board of directors.
