The Tokens I Am Tracking for the Next Phase

Entering a new phase of the market, I am focusing on the following 7 names: $HYPE – Perps, revenue-generating machines$LINK – Data infrastructure, the bridge for organizations$TAO – AI and subnet expansion$AAVE – DeFi credit layer$ONDO – RWA asset distribution$PUMP – Memecoin speculation$MNT – L2, retail gateway Revenue Is More Important Than the Story If there’s one clear difference from 2021, it’s that: revenue is becoming a core factor. $HYPE, $AAVE, $PUMP, $MNT are all generating real cash flow. It’s no longer just narrative, but concrete cash flow. In a liquidity environment that’s no longer “easy,” projects with real revenue will have a clear advantage. Meanwhile, $LINK and $TAO are bets on infrastructure. They don’t necessarily need to “generate money” immediately, but if the thesis is correct – on-chain data for organizations, or decentralized AI markets – the upside will come from their foundational role in the ecosystem. $ONDO represents the RWA story – tokenizing real assets. This is one of the narratives most likely to attract institutional capital if this cycle continues to mature. Tokens Are Not Stocks However, it’s important to reiterate: tokens are not stocks. A protocol’s revenue does not equate to value accrual for the token. Many tokenomics models are still vague or lack clear mechanisms to capture value. Having a good product doesn’t guarantee the token will increase in price. In 2021, just being in the right sector was enough. Almost everything pumped. But 2026 is a different world. Token supply is nearly infinite. Hundreds of new projects are launched every day. The difference between a “good product” and a “good token” is becoming increasingly clear. Choosing the right narrative isn’t enough; you also need to understand where the money will flow and whether the token will truly benefit. And Maybe… Everything Is Wrong Honestly, my intuition suggests that it’s very possible another name will appear entirely and steal the spotlight, outperforming all existing tokens. The crypto market always operates this way. What seems most obvious often isn’t the one that skyrockets the most. The biggest opportunities are usually in places few are paying attention to – until they no longer are “few.” These are my current thoughts. Next week, I might think differently. Because in this market, the only certainty is: everything is always changing.
