$ZEC This round of the game, the dealer's underwear is exposed, and you're still diving into the crowd of short sellers?
I just checked the smart money data for ZEC, almost threw my phone in frustration.
89 big players, average purchase price of $409, a 40 million U order now floating at a loss of 5 million, stubbornly lying there like a dead dog.
And below? Over 600 retail traders all holding short positions at 344, so many that they could set up two mahjong tables, each thinking they’re so clever.
Brother, you taste it, you savor it carefully.
You're the dealer, holding a 40 million U long position in your hand, would you let the price drop directly and drown yourself? Impossible, he’d struggle a couple of times before dying.
Right now at 364, the trading volume is like mosquito calls, it’s not that no one is playing, it’s the calm before the storm.
As soon as the dealer grits his teeth and pulls past 370, those over 600 short stop-loss orders are a ready-made powder keg, ready to ignite at a touch, and explode instantly.
385? That’s the starting price, 400 is where the real negotiations begin.
My approach is crude but effective:
At the current price of 364, take a tiny position to go long, set the stop-loss just below 358, betting on those 600 shorts collectively calling for their mom.
Once it really hits 395-400, don’t be greedy, sell your longs and switch to short immediately. Because 409 is the dealer’s lung pipe, poking it hurts even more than you.
Don’t squeeze into that crowd of over 600 people anymore, where there are so many, there’s no meat, not even broth to drink.
Tonight, keep your eyes wide open, once past 370, the throttle is welded shut.
