SimpleChain completes $15 million seed round financing

Deep Tide TechFlow message, April 10 — SimpleChain announced the completion of a $15 million seed round financing, with funds provided by family offices and institutional investors through private placement. SimpleChain is building an institutional-oriented RWA Layer 1 operating system; the platform is based on Granular Data and native CaaS technology, aiming to drive the development of the real-world assets (RWA) sector. The official said that it will continue to release more progress in the future.

SimpleChain focuses on asset tokenization, on-chain verification, compliance automation, and global liquidity, supporting real-economy systems. Its core functions include a trusted data foundation, a programmable compliance layer, and a high-performance blockchain architecture, helping enable institutional-grade RWA issuance and on-chain financialization. SimpleChain aims to achieve seamless interaction among assets, data, and institutions worldwide, replacing traditional intermediary trust with technology, cryptography, and verifiable data.
