$BTC 3.26 Evening Bitcoin and Ethereum Market Analysis and Trading Suggestions
After this afternoon’s dip, the break below the 70,000 level opened further downside space, with the low touching 69,366. The bearish outlook emphasized earlier has now been successfully realized. Currently, there are no signs of a strong recovery after the breakdown, indicating that short-term selling pressure still exists. Those holding short positions should continue to hold patiently and not be disturbed by minor fluctuations.
Ethereum is also weakening in tandem, falling below 2,100 and returning to the previous resistance zone. The overall correlation remains bearish. Although there was some rebound after the dip, the strength was limited, and the resistance above has not changed significantly. The short-term trend still favors continuation of the downtrend. Managing positions by gradually taking profits is advisable; maintaining good rhythm is more important.
From the current overall trend, after breaking the psychological level of 70,000, Bitcoin’s rebound momentum is clearly lacking. The hourly rebound highs are gradually declining, and the bulls have yet to organize an effective counterattack. This indicates limited capital support in the market, with short-term pressure still building. On the daily chart, this correction has not shown clear signs of a bottom, as moving averages are beginning to diverge downward, and technical indicators are in a weak recovery phase. There is still potential for further testing of lows.
For those already in short positions, the most important thing now is to hold onto the core positions. Do not exit easily on minor rebounds. As long as key resistance levels above are not effectively reclaimed, the short-term structure remains favoring bears. If a rebound occurs to test resistance, and there is no volume breakout, it can be seen as an opportunity to add positions. Continue to target profit levels gradually, stay flexible, and avoid overtrading.
Tonight, consider shorting Bitcoin around 70,000 with a target of 68,000.
Tonight, consider shorting Ethereum around 2,100 with a target of 2,000.
