# The Afroman Trial

-Police raided Afroman's house for absurd reasons.
-They stole his money, broke down his door, destroyed his house.
-No crime was found, no charges were filed against Afroman.
-Afroman spent the following 3 years writing songs that mocked all the officers involved, mentioning them by name, and even using footage from the raid recorded by his own security cameras.
-The songs had titles like "Randy Walters is a Son of a Bitch" and "Lick Them, Lisa," accusing one of the female officers of being a lesbian and sleeping with the other officers' wives.
-During the raid, an officer appeared to be about to eat a lemon cake that was on Afroman's counter, and Afroman made an entire album calling him fat.
-The police get angry and file a defamation lawsuit.
-Afroman shows up to court in a full suit with the American flag.
-The officers fake being upset and cry while listening to the songs, trying to exaggerate how much they affect them.
One officer sued Afroman because he composed an entire song about him, claiming he slept with his wife. When asked if Afroman actually slept with his wife, he responded: "I don't know." This dismantled his own case and demonstrated that there exists a probability, however minimal, that Afroman slept with his wife.
-As his only witness for the trial, Afroman brought a SHERIFF'S EX-WIFE.
-The jury ruled completely in favor of Afroman.
All of this has been a huge victory for freedom of speech and absolutely hilarious.
