U.S. Customs and Border Protection: Will cease tariffs under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act on Tuesday

On February 23, the U.S. Customs and Border Protection announced that tariffs imposed under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act will cease at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time on Tuesday, February 24 (12:01 p.m. Beijing time). Tariff codes related to the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) will be deactivated in the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) customs system starting February 24. (Jin10)
