Shanghai Securities News China Securities Journal reported (by Luo Maolin) that on February 17, Bilibili (hereinafter referred to as “Bilibili”) released data related to the Spring Festival Gala live broadcast for the Year of the Horse.

Bilibili is the exclusive bullet screen video platform for the CCTV Spring Festival Gala. Data shows that during the live broadcast on February 16, the total number of bullet screens on Bilibili reached 133 million, with an average of 7,700 per second. The top five most sent bullet screens were: “Huh?”, “Happy New Year”, “I want to verify the card”, “Mom, I’m on TV”, “I am a real person”. Among them, “Huh?” was mainly concentrated on the performances of Cai Ming and Wang Tianfang in the program “Grandma’s Favorite”.

This is Bilibili’s second collaboration with the CCTV Spring Festival Gala. Watching the Spring Festival Gala with bullet screens on Bilibili has become an important tradition for young people on New Year’s Eve.
