“The Guangdong Spring Festival First Meeting” is approaching as scheduled. On February 24th, the eighth day of the lunar New Year, the province-wide High-Quality Development Conference will be held in Guangzhou. During this festive season, “Guangdong Manufacturing” is also racing to reach the global market.

“Year of the Horse is my zodiac year. During the Spring Festival, our Asia-Pacific team partners across multiple APEC economies are still steadfastly working in various overseas locations,” said Li Renxian, Vice General Manager of Shenzhen Yuejiang Technology Co., Ltd., in an interview with Nandu N Video.

Recently, during the first senior officials’ meeting and related events of the 2026 Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC), foreign guests experienced Yuejiang Technology’s humanoid robots, robot dogs, and AI products in Guangzhou, and praised them highly. According to Li Renxian, the company began its global layout at its founding and is now seizing new opportunities like the APEC “China Year” to explore new blue oceans.

“Guangdong Manufacturing” Keeps Moving Forward

Li Renxian said that this Spring Festival, his overseas team colleagues are still tirelessly bringing Guangdong products to the global market.

He told Nandu that Yuejiang Technology has been expanding into the global market since its establishment in 2015. Currently, over 50% of the company’s revenue comes from overseas operations, with APEC economies being a key focus. The company has branches in the US, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, and localized marketing teams in Indonesia, Vietnam, and South Korea.

During the first senior officials’ meeting and related events of the 2026 APEC, Yuejiang Technology showcased industrialized results including the DOBOT Atom humanoid robot that autonomously sells popcorn, the Rover X1 quadruped robot dog with a highly technological appearance, the MagicianE6 AI painting solution capable of automatic drawing demonstrations, and the CRA collaborative robot safety skin solution that demonstrates safety perception and protection in human-robot collaboration scenarios.

It is reported that the current commercially available DOBOT Atom humanoid robot that can autonomously sell popcorn is a mature product ready for mass production. One robot can work continuously for 14 hours a day, producing and selling over 1,000 cups of popcorn daily with zero errors.

“This exhibition provided foreign guests with a new intelligent scenario. We hope embodied intelligent products can enter the fields of business and household consumption in the future, reaching every aspect of people’s lives,” Li Renxian told Nandu. “Guests showed great interest in these non-production products. According to statistics from the Guangdong branch of the General Administration of Customs, in 2025, Guangdong’s import and export volume with other APEC economies reached 6.16 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 3.3%.

“During our overseas expansion, Yuejiang Technology received strong support from the Guangdong provincial and Shenzhen municipal governments. For example, in October 2025, the Shenzhen Development and Reform Commission held an event in Haiphong, Vietnam, inviting Yuejiang Technology to showcase its latest products and explain them to several local companies, further enhancing the company’s visibility in Vietnam,” Li Renxian explained to Nandu.

Overseas exhibitions have become one of Yuejiang Technology’s main ways to expand markets and promote sales. He recalled an early Hong Kong exhibition trip: “At that time, our industrial products were still in initial trial production. The ‘multi-country, multi-year visa-free’ feature means we don’t have to send passports to different embassies, saving time that would otherwise be spent waiting for visas,” Li Renxian told Nandu.
