Full account verification process: three levels and step-by-step guide

Before starting trading on the platform, each user must complete identity verification. This procedure is necessary to comply with international financial security standards and to protect your account. Depending on your needs, three different levels are available, each unlocking new features and increasing withdrawal limits.

Three levels of identity verification: which one to choose

The verification system is divided into three levels, providing different access rights and transaction limits.

Standard Level requires providing identity assessment and proof of identity (POI). This is sufficient for basic operations and initial deposits.

Advanced Level adds proof of address (POA) to the standard requirements. This allows increasing withdrawal limits and accessing extended features.

Pro Level involves an enhanced comprehensive verification (EDD), which is necessary for high-volume transactions and platform-specific capabilities.

It is important to note that additional verification requirements may apply in certain jurisdictions. For corporate clients, there is a separate corporate verification process.

Identity confirmation: the first step in verification

Before starting the verification process, you need to select your country of residence, as it affects the subsequent verification procedure. This information cannot be easily changed later, so the choice should be as accurate as possible.

Begin the identity confirmation process through the profile menu. Go to the “Account” section and find the KYC verification column in your account information. Click the “Start” button to proceed to the identity verification page.

At the identity confirmation stage, you will need to:

1. Select the country that issued your document and its type
2. Upload clear photos of the document showing your full name and date of birth
3. Ensure that the information is clearly visible and the document shows no signs of alteration
4. Complete face recognition via your laptop camera or scan a QR code with your smartphone

If face recognition fails after several attempts (this may indicate that the document does not meet requirements or the system is overloaded), it is recommended to try again after half an hour.

Address verification and KYC assessment during verification

After successful identity confirmation, the system will automatically perform a KYC assessment. However, some users may be prompted to fill out a questionnaire for additional information. All provided data must be completely accurate and reliable.

Address verification is only possible after completing the standard verification. The platform accepts the following documents:

• Utility bills
• Bank statements
• Official proof of residence from government authorities

It is critically important that the address document is dated no later than three months ago. Older documents will be rejected by the system. You can view uploaded materials on the KYC verification page using the eye icon (a code from Google Authenticator will be required to view).

Extended verification for Pro level: what you need to know

The final verification level involves an extended comprehensive review (EDD). This process includes filling out a detailed questionnaire and providing supporting documents about income sources.

To complete Pro-level verification, click the “Confirm” button and submit the required documentation. In rare cases, the platform may request additional materials for withdrawals or fiat transactions, even after successful completion of the extended verification.

After successful verification at all levels, full access to platform features will be granted. Users who have not completed at least the standard verification will not be able to access products and services that require this process to be completed.
