Pro Level is our highest tier, requiring Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD). This comprehensive verification process is designed for serious traders seeking maximum platform access and higher withdrawal thresholds.

Starting Your Identity Verification Process

To begin your crypto identity verification journey, follow these initial steps:

First, navigate to your account by clicking the profile icon in the top-right corner of the navigation bar. Once there, select the “Account” option to access your account dashboard.

Next, look for the Identity Verification section within your Account Info area. You’ll find a “Verify Now” button—click it to enter the identity verification interface.

At this stage, you’ll be asked to confirm your current country of residence. This is a critical step because your location determines which specific verification requirements apply to you. Choose carefully, as changing your residence country after confirmation may trigger additional verification procedures.

Submitting Your Identity Documentation

Once you’ve selected your country, the next phase involves providing your Proof of Identity. This is where crypto identity verification becomes tangible—you’re supplying the actual documents that confirm who you are.

Click the “Verify” button under the Proof of Identity section. You’ll then select the country that issued your ID and specify what type of identity document you’re providing (passport, driver’s license, national ID, etc.). Certain countries have specific documentation requirements, so check our special requirements section if you’re unsure.

When taking photos of your documents, ensure they’re clear and complete. Your full name and date of birth must be clearly visible in the photograph. The platform accepts any common file format, whether that’s JPG, PNG, PDF, or others.

After submitting your document photos, you’ll proceed to facial recognition. You can either use your laptop’s camera directly or scan a QR code with your mobile device to complete this biometric step. This technology matches your facial features against your submitted identity documents, adding an extra layer of security to the verification process.

Troubleshooting Note: If the facial recognition page doesn’t load after several attempts, it’s likely your submitted document doesn’t meet the requirements, or you’ve submitted multiple attempts in a short timeframe. Automated Identity Assessment

In most cases, your identity assessment completes automatically right after you finish your Proof of Identity submission. However, some users may need to complete an additional Identity Assessment Questionnaire.

When you fill out this questionnaire, you’re taking responsibility for ensuring all information is accurate and truthful. The system will display your verification status on the left side of the screen.

Users who don’t pass the Identity Assessment won’t be able to complete Standard Level crypto identity verification, which prevents access to products requiring this verification tier.

Adding Proof of Address for Advanced Access

Once you’ve successfully completed your Standard verification, you’re ready to move toward Advanced Level. The next requirement is Proof of Address (POA).

Our platform only accepts official proof of address documents such as utility bills, bank statements, and government-issued residential proof. Importantly, these documents must have been issued within the last three months. Any documentation older than three months will be rejected.

You can review all your submitted information from your dedicated Identity Verification dashboard. If you need to view your details again, click the eye icon—just note that you’ll need to enter your Google Authenticator code as a security measure. Completing Enhanced Due Diligence for Pro Level

For users pursuing Pro Level access, the final step involves Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD). This is a more thorough process that requires completing a detailed questionnaire and providing documentation related to your proof of income.

Click the “Verify” button to initiate your EDD application. You’ll need to supply supporting documents that demonstrate your income sources, helping our platform understand your financial profile more completely.

Even after successfully completing EDD, please be aware that in rare instances, you might still need to submit additional documents when executing large withdrawals or conducting fiat transactions. This reflects our commitment to maintaining compliance with global financial regulations.
