The relevant information has been published in the agency's electronic registration system. The first company to obtain legal digital asset mining qualifications is a private enterprise, NexaGrid. The company received the license from the competent authority on January 19, 2026. Its mining equipment will be deployed in the Romitan District of Bukhara Province. NexaGrid was registered in Tashkent in April 2025, with a registered capital of 600 million Uzbek som (approximately $50,000).
