The group’s revenue was 57.9 billion euros, a year-on-year increase of 3.0%; net profit attributable to group shareholders (excluding Nissan impact) was 715 million euros; net profit attributable to group shareholders was -10.9 billion euros, including a non-cash loss of 9.3 billion euros due to changes in accounting methods for Nissan stake investments, and a 2.3 billion euro loss from affiliated companies. Automotive business free cash flow was 1.5 billion euros.
Additionally, Renault Group announced plans to propose a dividend of 2.20 euros per share at the shareholders’ meeting scheduled for April 30, 2026.
