Israel attacks Lebanon, killing more than ten people; Lebanese president strongly condemns
According to Lebanese sources on the 21st, the Israeli military conducted airstrikes on the Ain Helleweh refugee camp near the Beqaa Valley in eastern Lebanon and near Saida in southwestern Lebanon on the 20th. The attacks resulted in the deaths of more than 10 people and injuries to dozens. On the 21st, Lebanese President Aoun issued a statement strongly condemning the Israeli military’s attacks. The statement described the attack as “blatant aggression” aimed at obstructing diplomatic efforts by other countries.
