Zelensky: Looking forward to the next round of tripartite talks between Ukraine, the US, and Russia this month

Ukrainian President Zelensky stated after the end of the trilateral talks between Russia, the United States, and Ukraine in Geneva that he hopes to hold the next round of talks within this month. He expressed a lack of confidence in resolving territorial issues but emphasized that Ukraine will not cede the Donbas region. A peace agreement must be approved by the Ukrainian people, and Ukraine also needs strong security guarantees from the United States. The two-day trilateral talks were held behind closed doors to discuss key factors in resolving the Ukraine issue, but no documents were signed. (CCTV News)
