Live Nation Entertainment Reports Lower Net Income In FY25 Despite Revenue Growth

Live Nation Entertainment (LYV) reported full-year 2025 revenue of $25.20 billion, an increase of 9% from 2024. Despite this revenue growth, the company’s net income declined to $690.7 million, down from $1.13 billion in 2024, with diluted earnings per share falling to a loss of $0.24 compared to a gain of $2.74 a year prior. Following the announcement, LYV shares were trading higher after hours.
