Optimizing the payment environment and smoothing “good travel and good tourism.” ICBC is committed to optimizing the payment environment to provide consumers with a convenient and secure “good travel and good tourism” experience. ICBC Shanxi Branch actively participates in the “Happy Shopping for the New Spring Jinqing Consumption” campaign, launching “one-cent bus rides,” parking discounts, subway fare reductions, and other measures to reduce consumers’ travel costs during the festival; for “good tourism,” it has created themed travel gifts such as the “Ice and Snow Carnival,” offering consumers discount coupons.

Deepening characteristic industries and nourishing “good food and good shopping.” In response to local resources and industrial features, ICBC supports the quality improvement and expansion of the supply side of consumption through differentiated financial services to stimulate market vitality. ICBC Anhui Branch released the “Hui Shang—Wisdom—Benefit for the People” Spring Festival merchant and benefit service system, covering “merchant escort,” “digital intelligence empowerment,” and “consumer activation,” including services such as foreign card acquiring, account opening and financing support, financial cloud management, ICBC Salary Manager, and smart scenic spots, better meeting the financial needs of merchants during the Spring Festival and supporting the quality enhancement and expansion of the consumption supply side. Meanwhile, nearly 10,000 merchant stores across the province have created the “Hundred Cities, Ten Thousand Shops” Anhui Beautiful Life Check-in Route and the “Love Shopping Promotion—Five Partners” consumption promotion brand, allowing citizens and tourists to enjoy numerous discounts and activities.

Innovating service ecosystems and empowering “good stay and good fun.” ICBC is innovating consumer financial products and service formats to lower consumption thresholds, enhance the consumption experience, and stimulate growth in sectors like “good stay and good fun.” The Beijing Branch of ICBC launched a series of benefit promotions targeting Spring Festival consumption, focusing on travel, cultural tourism, bulk purchases, payment convenience, and festival scenarios, collaborating with nearly a thousand online and offline platforms and merchants. They held “trade-in” events, combined with government and bank subsidies to help renew homes for the New Year; created themed consumption scenarios such as ice and snow leisure, folk temple fairs, and installment plans for online New Year goods, partnering with leading merchants to offer discounts, prize draws, card-binding gifts, and other benefits, actively integrating into the festival economy and effectively releasing consumption potential.
