This agreement, arranged with JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., enhances the company’s liquidity and provides flexibility for working capital and general corporate purposes, including an option to increase commitments by an additional $1 billion. Concurrently, First Solar has terminated its previous secured revolving credit agreement from June 2023.
