My "Uniform bias" went away when my friends became part of that crowd.

Just because they are in a profession that's considered highly or they are rich doesn't automatically make them smart.
Doctors, Teachers, Army Officers, Judges, Pilots etc : They also can lack civic sense, mostly lack EQ, believe in stupid shit like astrology, mostly have shitty social skills/life, lack creativity, shaky morals...
Most importantly they never actually question anything about life, their job is so niche that their psychological immaturity never affects it and their own circle will never question it.
They will carry forward the most oppressive behaviour in the name of "that's how it's done" both professionally and personally.
They will also go to Babas and worship politicians (lowest IQ possible imo).
They are just as dumb just in a clean uniform.
Not everyone but most are and those who are better are that way because they worked on it personally and they actually fail to fit in their professionally oriented social circle.
