I used to think that college was the "hotspot," now I see that a bachelor's degree is just a "starting price," and a master's is just enough to "enter the arena."
Everyone is tiptoeing in the theater watching the show. Their legs are exhausted, yet they still see only those lousy actors. But who dares to sit down? Sitting down means elimination. Don't take that diploma too seriously. In the eyes of capital, it's not a proof of your IQ; it's your "obedience health report." It only proves two things: First, you can endure decades of boredom (cramming); second, you can unconditionally obey the system's instructions (exams). The company is never looking for geniuses who can change the world, but for a resilient, obedient screw that, because of a bit of education, carries a sense of superiority.
