If you are holding XPL, you shouldn't just focus on the impressive TVL of 25 billion; the key is to watch the timeline behind it.
Recently, there haven't been any major moves—on the day after tomorrow (January 25), 88 million tokens will be released as usual, but this has become routine for the market and hardly causes any shock.
The real test lies on July 28. On that day, the one-year lock-up period expires, and team shares, investor shares, and tokens from the US public sale will all be unlocked. By then, the monthly supply will jump from the current 80 million to over 300 million. How big is this increase? You can do the math yourself.
The next chapter depends on how the project team responds. Their trump cards are the staking plan and the token burn mechanism launched in Q2. The key question boils down to: will large holders cash out and exit in the second half of the year, or will the staking pools be able to shoulder the buy-in? The answer will be revealed by the end of July.
As one of the few stablecoin public chain projects, XPL's future performance depends on whether it can stabilize market expectations during this unlocking window.

By the end of July, the truth will be revealed. TVL is meaningless; only when the unlocking wave comes will we know who is swimming naked.

The unlock at the end of July... This time, it's important to watch the project team's approach. Whether the staking positions can hold up is the key.

It's too late to think about things at the end of July now, but we really need to be cautious. The issue of supply doubling several times is not a joke.

July 28th is the real moment of life and death. The 25 billion TVL looks intimidating, but once the unlocking wave hits, it's all for nothing. It all depends on whether the staking positions can hold up.

By the end of July, it's uncertain whether XPL can catch this wave of unlocking. To be honest, those currently holding are all betting on staking positions...

The end of July is a hurdle. Seeing 25 billion TVL is satisfying, but the real test is still ahead... Monthly supply has quadrupled. Will the staking market be able to withstand it?

If the unlock on July 28th can't be handled, can the staking positions absorb it? Feels uncertain.

Focusing on the end of July, only then will we know if you're the sucker or a true believer. Whether staking can hold up is the key.
