The longer you trade, the more you develop instincts. Now I see many opportunities, and I basically place an order with a quick glance, without much thought. When your mind is clear enough and there is no fear, trading becomes a conditioned reflex.

It's like playing basketball. When you first start, you have to stare at the ball to dribble well. But after becoming familiar? You develop a feel for the ball, and you can dribble with your eyes closed. You have a sense of your hands, a rhythm in your steps, and everything becomes very natural.

Trading is the same. It's not that you can make money without thinking, but once your experience reaches a certain level, those fundamentals, technical analysis, and risk management become internalized as muscle memory. When you see an opportunity, your body reacts faster than your brain. That’s why some traders can act quickly amid market fluctuations—because they have ingrained trading into their bones.

Even with my eyes closed, I can operate... but I feel like this is just gambling. Muscle memory can't save me from a liquidation.

That's correct, but this set of theories is already outdated for me. The price difference space in the mempool at that moment doesn't give you time to "think," and arbitrage opportunities with flash loans are fleeting—you have to be faster than everyone else. My current approach is—once I see the gas war heating up, the bot automatically takes action. Human reaction? That's already last year's technology. Muscle memory does exist, but those who truly make money are the ones who write their trades into smart contracts.

Quickly placing an order with a glance? Man, that sounds like gambler's mentality, not muscle memory, right? I've heard this kind of excuse too many times, and in the end, most people get wiped out by the market. Honestly, reflexes can easily lead people astray. Are you sure that's "instinct" and not greed taking over? Playing basketball with your eyes closed and trading with your eyes closed—are they the same? One at most loses points, the other directly loses money, brother. But on the other hand, if you really train to this level... it’s indeed something only a few can achieve.

A quick glance and place an order? I feel like this is just a gambler's self-hypnosis, haha
